REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSISTANCE

• Must have a picture I.D.
• Social Security cards for household
• Proof of residency in McCracken County
• Must meet federal income guidelines
• For rent assistance, must have an eviction notice signed and dated by landlord
• Must account for income and expenses
